Hi,
I like your site and it leads me to wonder if you know anything about the homeless woman on Lake City Way. She has been there for years and I wonder why hasn’t the city helped her?

Thanks. I know who you’re talking about. She and her shopping carts are usually near the corner of 125th and Lake City Way, or thereabouts. I don’t know her story, and have never talked to her. It’s pretty obvious she has some psychological needs that aren’t being met. Probably your best bet … contact the Seattle Mennonite Church in Lake City. They seem pretty active in feeding/caring for/helping the homeless. The Seattle Times wrote about the church here.
